**About the Opportunity**:
The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Vice President and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support such as filing, reporting, and general office management to maintain efficiency and meet project objectives.
- Managing schedules, preparing agendas, and coordinating meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
- Establishing and maintaining administrative policies and procedures for the Vice President.
- Reviewing and analyzing incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparing summaries, reports, and briefings as required.
- Conducting research, compiling data, and drafting reports for presentations and decision-making.
- Acting as a liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders, representing the VP professionally.
- Meeting with individuals and groups on behalf of the VP, assessing issues, and recommending appropriate courses of action.
- Upholding a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions.
- Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Managing multiple priorities, taking initiative, and ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
**About You**:
To qualify, you will need the following:
- Diploma or degree in **Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field** (required).
- **3-5 years** of progressive administrative experience, including at least 2 years supporting senior management or executives.
- Experience in the **construction, engineering, or real estate development industry** (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
