Be part of a more sustainable future with Greenworks Tools **Position Summary**: **Full Time Permanent Position starting Rate is $22/hour** **_ Start Dates are on-going as needed_** Available Shift - **_ Monday, Thursday, Friday, 11AM- 7:30PM and Saturday, Sunday 10AM- 6PM_** **Benefits** - Single Health Coverage - Single Dental Coverage - Opportunities for career progression - Product discount - Substantial Referral Bonus, and much more **Key Responsibilities**: - Answer incoming customer calls and take appropriate action: - Assist customer with trouble shooting the equipment issues - Initiate an order for Warranty/ Payable Replacement of parts - Complete customer call logs, with product model number /serial number, Date of purchase etc. - Use company policies and procedure to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to the customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input. - Must ensure that call queue is clear at the end of the shift **Experiences and qualifications required**: - Must be courteous and possess a "customer first" attitude when working with our customers over the phone to resolve issues. - Must be skilled at MS office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, working with multiple screens and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Must be a "team player" willing to step in and help others in the group that are experiencing a high order volume from time to time. - Must be able to work independently but willing to get help with issues when needed. - English proficiency is required. - Bilingual (French fluency) **Nice to have qualifications**: - Schedule flexibility - Previous call center experience **Company Overview**: Join our amazing team and become a valued member of our Greenworks family. - Greenworks Tools is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, veteran status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, or disability (in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act) with respect to employment opportunities._
