Bilingual CSR - $55,000/yrs Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Group Benefits after probationAfter the probationary period, there is an option to work 1 day remote: 4 days on-site / 1 day remoteJob Summary:The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing orders, handling customer inquiries and providing technical assistance for all our products. This role requires strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills in both English and French. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail distribution environment, supporting distributors, agents and consumers, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:•Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both English & French. • Process customer orders and product returns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.• Provide product-related technical support and advice.• Process product feedback and customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary.• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service excellence.• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies and industry standards.• Collection calls and other customer and account-related tasks as required. Requirements:• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).• Exceptional communication skills in both languages.• Strong organization skills, ability to multitask, while maintaining attention to detail.• Related customer service experience.• Keyboarding and proficiency in computer applications.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.• Experience in the Quebec market preferred.
