**Position Summary**:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Construction Site Supervisor / Superintendent to lead the charge on one of our many new civil projects. This role is pivotal for the successful delivery of projects that may include ICI buildings and other building structures, road construction, streetscapes, deep foundation work, and residential/commercial developments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Manage internal teams and coordinate subcontractors/trades to promote an efficient and cohesive working environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external consultants, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on-site, fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide strategic solutions to keep project timelines on track.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management, highlighting project status, challenges, and milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor / Superintendent, with a strong portfolio of successful civil projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards in the construction industry.
- A relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
