**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Enablement: Create ad campaigns that capture leads for our sales team. Construct funnels where visitors and prospects are excited to move forward.
- Prospect Engagement: Drive awareness and attract new sales prospects through targeted LinkedIn campaigns and web presence, leveraging SEO and content marketing.
- Channel Innovation: Identify and create new activation channels for customers, increasing brand visibility and engagement.
- Continuous Learning: If you don’t know how to do something, you’re empowered to take time to learn it, or leverage Upwork / Fiverr contractors to get it done and learn from them.
- Partner Marketing: Develop and execute in-store / in-school campaigns and social media ads tailored for merchant partners, enhancing their engagement with our service.
- Revenue Growth: Implement and optimize marketing strategies to build a strong acquisition funnel for partners and drive increased net revenue with accounts.
**About You**:
- Have a creative yet analytical approach to marketing, able to craft compelling campaigns and measure their success.
- Strong aptitude to work with a large number of SaaS tools for marketing and automation (Hubspot, Canva, Google, Webflow, Wordpress to name a few).
- Strong communicator, capable of producing engaging content and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A team player, but also self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Have a customer-centric mindset, always looking for new ways to engage and add value for partners and customers.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Preference for those who have worked at a startup, fintech, or postsecondary institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is ideal but not necessary.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on channel partner marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
- Above all a can-do attitude towards getting stuff done quickly, with the ability to learn from mistakes
