**What We're Looking For**
- Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date records for client orders and reviewing complete orders to ensure appropriate srvice quality.
- Professional handling of customer inquiries, including providing detailed customer reconciliations and statements as required, resolving payment disputes, and processing payments and refunds. (Full training)
- Recommending future products or discontinuation of services on occasions
- Preparing reports related to collection work

**Salary**: $18.01-$21.49 per hour
