About the Position
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a regular, full-time position within the Customer Service team. This is a fully in-the-office role; our offices are located at 6600 Goreway Drive, Unit D, Mississauga, ON (Derry Rd/Goreway Drive
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the CSR is responsible for responding to client inquiries and requests by providing information relating to the delivery and cargo of client items.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering calls from clients/customers in a professional and timely manner
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken.
- Entering Pick Up and Trace information.
- Reviewing freight information and supply customer with information related to shipments
- Documenting preprint requests for customers
- Filling supply orders for customers.
- Trace packages
- Obtaining information and updates to support client inquiries and to solve and discrepancies
- Other relevant duties as required

Experience and Qualifications
- 1-3 years minimum Customer Service experience required, preferably in a similar industry or company
- High School diploma required; some post-secondary is an asset
- Courses in customer service, conflict resolution and business writing are an asset.
- Experience in Courier industry is an asset.
