- Someone who genuinely cares about people and understands the importance of empathy in customer service
- A great communicator who builds trust and relationships with ease
- Empathetic, outgoing, and highly organized
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role in the automotive industry is a must
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a big plus

**Your Role Will Focus On**:

- Building long-term, trusting relationships with customers by delivering a friendly, transparent, and personalized service experience
- Greeting customers and guiding them through their service journey with empathy and professionalism
- Explaining services, inspections, and repair recommendations in a clear and honest way
- Communicating effectively between customers and technicians to ensure accurate, timely service
- Recommending maintenance and repairs based on inspection results and vehicle history
- Ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience from drop-off to pick-up

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
