**About the Opportunity**

Kingston Investments is hiring for a fast-growing renewable energy and electrical services company located in Northwest Ontario. The business specializes in **solar energy systems**, **energy efficiency upgrades**, and **licensed electrical contracting** services for residential and commercial clients.

This is a well-established, high-trust operator in a niche market with little competition nearby and strong referral-driven sales. We are now seeking a **hands-on General Manager** to take leadership of day-to-day operations and drive growth while working closely with ownership.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead and oversee all business operations including scheduling, client relations, project management, and team oversight
- Manage a small team including a certified Master Electrician and Solar Apprentice
- Expand sales pipeline via local partnerships, tender bids, and commercial contracts
- Implement systems to enhance efficiency, improve margins, and streamline administration
- Maintain regulatory compliance (ESA, building codes, safety standards) and uphold brand reputation in renewable energy/services industry
- Report directly to ownership on P&L, forecasting and growth opportunities

**Who You Are**
- Experienced operations leader in the electrical field, trades, solar panel installations, electrical contracting, or a similar field
- Comfortable managing field teams and coordinating projects from proposal to close-out
- Strong communicator, calm under pressure, with a track record of driving operational excellence
- Willing and able to relocate to Northwest Ontario
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a business under PE ownership structure

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Total Compensation Package with bonuses **:$130,000 - $160,000+** depending on experience
- Performance bonus tied to EBITDA & company KPIs
