**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee financial performance of operation including P&L review and reporting
- Ensure payroll is consistently completed accurately and on-time
- Meet labor targets and achieve periodical revenue goals
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and ESA compliance
- Oversee all regular product procurement & ordering
- Responsible for cost of goods including limiting waste
- Ensure that guest experience standards are maintained at all times
- Ensure employee and product adherence to brand standards
- Conduct and/or oversee annual employee reviews
- Ensure accurate and timely employee scheduling that adheres to labor goals and ensures quest experience standards are met
- Hire new employees as required, in accordance with budgetary approvals
- Manage growth and evolution of guest experience

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- You embody the brand principles of BETTER, EASY, DELICIOUS
- You are an excellent leader and communicator
- You are highly organized
- You are proficient in g-suite and excel
- You have 3+ years of experience in fast casual and/or quick service restaurants
- You understand and embody the principles of hospitality
- You have experience managing and being responsible for profit & loss statements
- You are engaged and willing to go the extra mile

**COMPENSATION**

$62,500-$64,000
