**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will primarily support our scaffolding operations while also contributing to other business lines as needed. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project logistics, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between management, field workers, and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Open and manage job files, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Track project costs and expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Manage timesheets and payroll submissions for field personnel.
- Generate and process customer invoices promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with management to schedule project timelines and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with field workers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile project accounts and resolve discrepancies.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures is preferred.
**Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
