This position assists and supports the implementation, delivery and ongoing maintenance of key talent development, talent management training, and culture related programs to enhance the capabilities of employees. **Key Responsibilities**
- Supports program design and delivers on implementation plans to enhance the employee experience and overall organizational effectiveness, including, performance, succession, leadership development, culture and organizational effectiveness, recognition, competencies, workforce and talent development.
- Supports the coordination, planning, and execution of corporate wide culture initiatives and events.
- Contributes to strategic human resources initiatives with a focus on fostering a positive employee experience and an environment of employee belonging.
- Works with the Strategic HR Advisor and Health and Safety team to design and administer a corporate wellness program, including coordinating with outside training vendors, and managing training logistics as required.
- Supports the development of communications to market and promote learning content and cultivate the learning and development culture at Gateway.
- Assists the Training and Development Specialist in the administration of the learning management system.
- Coordinates with the Training and Development Specialist to organize in class training session; including preparing and distributing classroom training materials, services and requirements.
- Coordinates with the Training and Development Specialist to track and record classroom participant activity and provides quarterly reports.
- Coordinates with the Training and Development Specialist to facilitate communication to class participants including pre and post class information, class certificates, and serves as a liaison with program participants.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**What** You **Bring**
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Adult Education, Training and Development or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting employee experience, onboarding, training, or human resources projects
- Experience and adept at using and supporting users with a variety of systems that support people practices
- Experience in gaming, food & beverage, or other areas of hospitality/entertainment industry would be an asset
- Experience in a complex, unionized, and multi-location company an asset
