**Operations Manager - Shack Shine Vancouver**

Shack Shine is looking for a dynamic and driven **Operations Manager** to lead our team, optimize our processes, and ensure top-tier service delivery. **What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and with high quality.
- Manage, train, and support our technicians to maintain top-tier performance and service standards.
- Optimize scheduling, route planning, and workforce allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain equipment, fleet, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership on business strategy, growth, and operational improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Background in operations, logistics, or service-based industries (home services experience is a plus).
- Ability to manage schedules, analyze performance data, and optimize processes.
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet and make quick, effective decisions.
- Excellent communication and people skills - you know how to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
- Valid driver’s license and comfort working in the field when needed.

Pay: $60,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
