Receptionist required for a dynamic, busy Richmond Appliance company.

The Opportunity

Note that interviews and Training will be held in Richmond, B.C.

**Key Responsibilities and Functions**
- Greeting and assisting visitors to our showroom, and offering lattés, coffee or tea.
- Overseeing the phone and front desk, and directing visitors/sales calls to appropriate Sales Staff.
- Taking payment for orders
- Booking service calls for clients
- Tidying/organizing staff kitchens and coffee station
- Assisting in other day to day sales activities
- Generating and organizing various reporting as required (including sales reports, inventory reports, spiff reports, etc.).
- General administrative duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Be passionate about customer service excellence.
- Must have strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high volume, multi-demand environment.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English, other languages are considered an asset.
- Must be punctual, and have a polished appearance.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous office experience in an administration role is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
