Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors as they arrive at the office.
- Manage incoming phone calls, providing information and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including POS billing and insurance direct billing.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date using Jane App scheduling software.
- Assist with clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
- Familiarity with social media platform management (eg. Facebook, Instagram, etc) for the clinic is an asset.
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset.
**Skills**
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on patient care; Affinity for building rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using computerized systems for scheduling and record management using Jane App.
- Prior experience in a wellness clinic setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with current and prospective clients.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written/digital communications.

Pay: $17.22-$22.00 per hour
