We Know Training is searching for a 6-month temporary full time (with the opportunity to become permanent) well-rounded Training Coordinator based out of our Cambridge, ON office who has outstanding customer service professionalism alongside efficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, tech savvy and an expert at consolidating data. We’re looking for a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, who can work independently and as a part of our Operations Team.
**Your Opportunity**
As a Training Coordinator, you will provide a world-class customer experience to our customers using your people skills, tech-savvy, keen problem-solving abilities, and impeccable attention to detail. You will make a positive impact in the lives of millions of learners who are ready to improve their quality of life through adult education.
**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling and coordinating all ILT (Instructor Led Training) courses across all platforms including Rapid VNM, booking instructors, rooms, equipment, as well as coordinating with the client(s) for availability
- Coordinate sales for customers and collect payment information
- Set up and register participants for ILT courses, and provide ongoing participant support
- Collecting data from sales reports/ Sales team/ Partners to register clients
- Updating course materials and uploading to correct platforms/servers
- Uploading courses to social medias
- Ensure receipts, invoices, inquiries, etc. get to the right person, or reach out to get answers for clients
- Taking minutes during sector meetings
- Check mail daily and manage filing and output of documents maintain office supply inventory & office filing system
**Qualifications**
- Expert in troubleshooting, navigating technical environments, and figuring out how things work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Effective organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Passionate about customer-focused service and willing to go the extra mile to create customer delight
- Ability to work independently
