Your Role & Impact
**As Project Director, you will**:

- Lead Projects from planning and procurement to execution and close-out, ensuring safety, quality, and budget goals.
- Mentor Teams and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Engage Stakeholders including clients, regulators, and community partners.
- Manage Budgets and financial reporting with precision and transparency.
- Oversee Contracts & Risks to ensure compliance and mitigate challenges.
- Drive Strategic Growth by contributing to business development and market expansion.

What You Bring
- Degree/Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering
- ️ 10 years of progressive experience in marine or heavy civil construction
- ️ Registered or eligible for P.Eng., EIT, or AScT in BC
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project), contract documentation, and financial controls
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and Microsoft Office proficiency
