Position Summary

The driver/ tech is primarily responsible for ensuring timely, efficient delivery, set up and tear down supplies. This position coordinates and participates in the loading and unloading, driving, delivery, and set up and tear down of Airbounce Deliveries party rental supplies. This position will be the first point of contact for customers at the venue locations for any questions regarding the party supplies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive trucks/trailers and vans to and from projects throughout Southern Ontario
- Load and unload vehicles at our warehouse and the event sites using proper lift equipment (dollies, carts, etc.)
- Complete safety checks on the vehicles before use
- Check for accuracy on the orders you are delivering or picking up in correspondence to the invoices.
- Actively and effectively communicate with management on any issues that might arise when on the event site.
- Ensure safe handling of products to prevent damage and wear, ensuring the product is secured once loaded in the vehicle.
- Deliver products to customers in a timely manner and set up the items according to Airbounce Deliveries quality standards.
- Lead on-site crew to provide efficient and satisfactory service to our customers.
- Work with your on-site crew to break down and set up product at event sites.
- Ensure equipment is setup accurately, and according to company standards.
- Properly and safely operate vehicles whenever behind the wheel. (Will have to frequently back into docks, driveways, alleys, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs
- Maintain a professional personal appearance
- Great customer service skills
- Must maintain a valid G driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Can follow and keep to a set delivery schedule
- Excellent time management skills
- Great attitude and friendly interpersonal skills
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy sunshine and time outdoors :)
