**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including finding suitable locations, booking venues, and handling catering arrangements.
- Travel Coordination: Assist with arranging and booking travel arrangements for team members as necessary.
- Event Planning: Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings.
- Communication: Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements as required.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the organization and storage of company-supplied equipment and promotional material ensuring it is readily available and in optimal condition.
- Office Supplies Management: Responsible for managing inventory, ordering necessary supplies and mailing/delivering supplies to team members as needed.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and manage our social media platforms, crafting professional and engaging posts that promote our brand effectively.
- Travel: Occasionally travel for various ad hoc tasks, such as delivering equipment to new staff or leadership across the Kawarthas region.
- Efficient Back-Office Operations: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow with various ad-hoc tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in social media management or marketing is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed for tasks within the Kawarthas region.
- High accountability and a commitment to maintaining a professional image for the firm.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- A process improvement mindset.
- Bookkeeping experience would be an asset, but not a requirement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Products. (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
