**THE LOCATION**:
This position is home office-based and requires access to home internet and a dedicated working space. You will be expected to work with reps in the field as well as complete administrative tasks at home, so you must reside in the **Greater Toronto** **Area**, have a willingness to travel locally, and you must have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Work from the comfort of your own home - no cubicle walls for you
- Visit many different stores throughout the week
- Some opportunities to travel when needed

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- You are a reliable, independent worker who is self-motivated
- You are detail oriented, extremely organized, and able to meet deadlines
- You have at least 1 year of management experience, including delegation and reviewing quality of work
- You have at least 1 year of retail experience so you will be familiar with the work our reps are completing in stores
- Having at least 1 year of recruiting/training experience is a definite asset
- You are knowledgeable and skilled in the Microsoft suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook
- You have a home office set up, including a dedicated workspace and access to reliable internet
