We are looking for an experienced **Service/Parts Manager**for **Scotia Hyundai** in beautiful Amherst, Nova Scotia.

As the **Service/Parts Manager**, you will oversee daily operations of both the Service and Parts departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and superior customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and a passion for developing a high-performing team. You must have excellent Team building skills and be able to form close working relationships with all Team members and Customers. You must be able to uphold our reputation for delivering world-class service through superior customer satisfaction while achieving exceptional financial results.

**Job description**
- Oversee all Service and Parts department operations, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to achieve sales, productivity, and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive service and parts sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty requirements, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory control, ordering, and parts availability.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
- Collaborate with other dealership departments to improve processes and communication.
- Review performance metrics regularly and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
