We are looking for an energetic **Service/Parts Advisor** who wants to succeed. As a Service/Parts Advisor at Scotia Hyundai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service/parts department and providing our customers with an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Fixed Operations Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, and workflow management.
- Greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanor, and accurately assessing their vehicle service needs.
- Providing clear and detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, including estimated costs and timelines.
- Coordinating with our skilled technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Proactively addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Upholding dealership policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
