**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet and assist customers in person, on the phone, and online with their parts needs
- Identify, source, and provide accurate parts and accessories for vehicles
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability for repairs
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper ordering, receiving, and stocking
- Upsell accessories and add-on products when appropriate
- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with both retail and wholesale clients

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or parts role (preferred, but willing to train the right person)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency with parts management systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
