This position primarily includes the following responsibilities:

➔ Receiving customer payments, collecting on past-due accounts

➔ Invoicing by usage of QuickBooks, producing shipping labels

➔ Packing orders to be shipped

➔ Other various office tasks as assigned

➔ Attention to detail

➔ Has the ability to complete tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy

➔ A positive attitude and a desire to learn

➔ Working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop would be considered an asset
