**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in loading and unloading of delivery truck
- Obtain appropriate information for shipments, weight, measurements, etc.
- Packing goods properly for shipping and prepare all required shipping documents, i.e creating BOL, or any necessary paperwork needed
- Booking shipments with local trucking company
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Log all incoming shipments, inspect and verify incoming shipments against invoices, purchase orders and other documents, and record if any shortages
- Complete Transaction on all received parts in IMS (our In
- house system)
- Ability to work with Logistics and Accounting teams on different tasks
- Ensure assigned work area is kept clean and organized
- Ability to Prioritize and escalate issues if needed
- Compliance with company safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate timesheets
- Follow all QS-9000 procedures
- Observe all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Ensure adequate communication with other program team members
- Attend all required training courses
- Participate in MAMT’s continuous improvement activities
- Foster good employee relations
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
- perform all other duties as determined by the General Manager or his designate

**Key Relationships**

Lead Hand/Project Leader/Toolmaker - provides tasks
- relay information on timing, quality, and training concerns

**Basic Requirements**:

- Experience in Forklift, pallet lifters
- Excellent administration skills, accurate and thorough with attention to detail
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to multi-task, accustomed to working with mínimal supervision, confident and conscientious
- Can work in a busy environment
- Good time management skills, punctual and reliable

Expected hours: 40 per week
