**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff in customer service excellence, food preparation, and restaurant policies.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a skilled workforce.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of food items.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales reports, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared to standard and served in a timely manner.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry is essential.
- Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on customer service.
- Experience in supervising staff and leading teams effectively.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
- A solid understanding of food service operations including cooking techniques, menu planning, and food safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
