**Your Role**

This position can be based out of Regina, SK or Calgary, AB.

As the Director of Marketing and Communications you will lead the strategic execution of Caltech’s marketing initiatives, brand management, and communications strategies. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s presence across various channels, overseeing high-impact campaigns, managing public relations efforts, and leading communication initiatives that align with organizational growth and transformation.

**Your duties will include**:
+ Developing and executing marketing strategies focused on brand awareness to increase visibility, recognition and recall among target audiences.

+ Creating and implementing media plans, ensuring the brand maintains high visibility in key markets.

+ Continuously assessing and evolving Caltech’s brand identity, messaging and visual assets to align with industry trends and target audience preferences.

+ Providing marketing budget oversight, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI on campaigns and events.

+ Fostering relationships with community partners and industry organizations to build brand reputation and drive awareness.

+ Leading internal initiatives to promote Caltech's services, enabling employees to market these services to clients.

+ Setting and monitoring KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed business goals for engagement, lead generation, and brand recognition.

+ Overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring they align with Caltech’s brand identity.

+ Developing, managing and and implementing corporate communication strategies that support internal and external stakeholder engagement.

**Your Skills**

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
+ Post Secondary degree or in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications.

+ 8+ years’ experience in a similar position (or equivalent combination of education and experience), with at least 3 years in a Leadership position.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

+ Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms (including platform management software).

+ Strong, effective, and authentic verbal and written communication skills.

+ Exceptional editing abilities.

+ Experience in graphic design.

+ Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor others.

+ Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

+ Creative thinking, problem solving, and adaptability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $104,192.00-$123,308.00 per year
