Brown Communications Group is looking for a full-time Communications Director to join us in our Regina office. This role is all about people and projects. You’re the one clients turn to when they need answers, and the one our team relies on to keep things moving. Day to day, you’ll be building and nurturing client relationships, managing projects, and making sure everything goes out the door on time and on budget. Why This Role is Important You’re not just a project manager. You’re building trust, solving problems, and helping keep the agency running. You’re one of the main reasons clients love working with us and why they trust us to help them meet their goals. What Your Day to Day Looks Like Manage advertising and marketing projects for a variety of clients. You’re their go-to person at the agency. Brief our Creative, Media, and Video teams on new projects coming into the agency, so everyone knows what needs to get done. Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Build and maintain strong client relationships (this will require frequent meetings, emails, phone calls, and the occasional coffee). Oversee, prepare and manage project budgets. Frequent coordination with other agency departments. Schedule meetings, plan timelines, send a lot of emails (yes, that’s part of it). What You Bring A degree or diploma in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience that proves you can do the job. Solid experience leading marketing/communications projects, ideally in an agency environment (you’re familiar with the pace, the pressure, and the fun). You understand this Service-minded – you like helping people and providing exceptional service Ambitious – you’re looking to grow Personable – you like people (and they like you back) The Tools You’ll Use Our project management software Google Workspace (docs, sheets and slides) Microsoft Office Variety of virtual meeting platforms including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom, Etc. Where You Could Go This role could grow into overseeing larger client portfolios, helping shape client strategy, and mentoring the next generation of client leads.
