We are currently seeking a Compliance and Regulatory Lead to develop, implement and ultimately lead our compliance program and team with Canadian financial regulations, including, but not limited to, those set by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), Bank of Canada and Payments Canada rules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Policy development and implementation in accordance with financial regulations and protocols such as FINTRAC and the Bank of Canada’s Retail Payments Activities Act
- Use technical solutions to manage reporting related to relevant regulations/protocols
- Managing external consultants and/or leading compliance teams
- Formal process documentation standards such as PCI-DSS and/or ISO an asset but not required

- Precise and concise communications skills, especially written communications, for procedural, system and technical descriptions
- A passion for creating effective processes and solutions
- Experience with transaction processing, banking systems, ID management and financial industry standards

Pay: $50,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
