**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare new hire documentation, conduct reference checks, and support onboarding processes.
- Organize and maintain the HR database to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Support HR initiatives such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, memos, and reports as needed.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to foster a positive workplace culture.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR role or internship is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Canadian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
