An important part of our Food & Beverage team, the Stand Lead are responsible for overseeing the overall service and operations of a concourse stand. Leads provide coaching, and guidance to Attendants and Cooks to ensure fans receive excellent service. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes
- Lead a team of Attendants and Cooks in a Concourse Stand at the Abbotsford Centre to provide exceptional service to fans and guests.
- Responsible for inventory and product during hockey games and concerts working closely with all departments at the arena
- Other duties as required

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience leading others in a food service environment is required
- Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays with various start times
- Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
- Experience in a high-volume service setting is an asset
- Valid Serving it Right Certificate is required
- Completion of Food Safe Certificate is an asset
