**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
The primary role of the Events Management and CRM Lead is to plan, design, coordinate and manage internal corporate events and external trade show events. This includes creating events/venue concepts, budgets, handling logistics, event marketing and evaluating effectiveness.
The Events Management and CRM Lead additionally is responsible for the online representation of the Vitalus brand messaging through social media and engagement with our customers online. This includes creating and promoting content and visuals aligned with our brand standards.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS**
- Organize and coordinate all trade shows.
- Assist sales team in planning and coordinating customer social events.
- Prepare and present pre-event and post-event reports via CRM.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Executive) designing, coordinating, and executing all Corporate Events - i.e., Town Halls, Business Updates.
- Generate monthly insights report.
- Establish, document and maintain all customer lead opportunities from trade shows and sales team in CRM.
- Develop an annual content strategy and execution plan for all digital platforms.
- Update and maintain the company website and blog on a regular basis.
- Manage all company Twitter & LinkedIn platforms.
- Ensure corporate brand and image are reflected in all internal and external communications associated with the website and social media platforms.

- Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver/execute multiple tasks, projects, and assignments effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- Problem solver with solid analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot as the need arises.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Business Marketing or a relevant field with at least 3 years work experience in a similar role.
- A certificate in Event Planning would be an asset.
- Previous experience in the effective coordination of projects, annual business plans, and internal/external events.
- Superior time management skills, detail orientation, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal skills to clearly communicate with all levels of the organization and external partners/customers.
- Proficient with social media tools and platforms: Hootsuite, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Professional level proficiency in MS Office.
- The position will require occasional day travel and evening hours as needed in special circumstances.
- Working knowledge of other languages is an asset.
