Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate your sales experience. Outside Sales Representatives can be based anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your Zion bath & lighting Branch / Sales Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationships with potential clients.
- Recognize consumer demands and provide customized renovation product solutions.
- Visit leads on a daily basis.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the sale process.
- Provide post sales assistance to the customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of renovation procedures and materials is beneficial.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within designated sales territory.
