**Job Overview**
Our client, a well-established litigation law firm, is currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented **Litigation Law Clerk** to join their dynamic legal team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters. In this role, you will collaborate closely with legal professionals at all levels and play a critical role in supporting the firm's litigation files from inception to resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage timelines for litigation files
- Assist with trial preparation, including the organization of materials and documentation
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for lawyers
- Schedule and coordinate discoveries, mediations, and other key litigation events
- Liaise professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and service providers
- Attend client meetings, swear affidavits, and assist in preparation for examinations

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Completion of a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant diploma/certificate program (preferred)
- Minimum 2years of litigation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive matters
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
