**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes to clients/customers accurately and promptly in multiple currencies.
- Work closely with internal departments, such as sales or customer service, to resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments or invoices.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve discrepancies between customer accounts and payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including ageing reports, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions, invoices, and payments.
- Address billing inquiries, resolve payment issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ensure all financial processes comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate financial data is recorded.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, bookkeeping practices, and general accounting principles.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Xero) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to accurately manage invoices, payments, and financial records with a focus on precision.
- Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding payments and billing.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to correctly identify, record and maintain schedules in multiple currencies.
- Ability to identify and address issues related to billing, collections, and customer accounts.
- Strong ability to maintain organized financial records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of the importance of handling sensitive financial information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
