**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Answer phone calls using a multi line phone system.
- Schedule appointments for both sales and installations
- Provide in store and phone sales
- Take customer payments using a POS machine & make weekly bank deposits
- Ordering products from vendors via online entry systems
- Assist with payroll, maintain employee records, as well as data entry to QuickBooks and minor bookkeeping
- Minor blind and screen repairs (will train)
- Maintain office and showroom cleanliness

**Skills**:

- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with vendor management
- Knowledge of basic payroll processes
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

**Salary**
- $20.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on level of experience
- Reviewed after 6 months probation period, Extended benefits and commission on inside sales after probation period.

**Must have valid BC drivers license & consent to criminal record check and drivers abstract**

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
