**Role & Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for a hands-on **IT and Facilities Coordinator** to help keep our tech systems running smoothly and our workspaces operating efficiently. This is a hybrid role supporting both our IT infrastructure and physical facilities — perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, variety in their day, and working in a fast-growing organisation.

**IT Support & Systems Management**
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for onsite and remote employees.
- Oversee our network and internet systems, ensuring reliable connectivity and uptime.
- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and coordinate with vendors for support or upgrades.
- Support industry-specific platforms like POS or tracking systems (experience with cannabis software is a plus but not required).
- Other duties as assigned

**Facilities Coordination**
- Take the lead on keeping our offices, production spaces, and equipment in good working order.
- Work with contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and regular inspections.
- Help manage access systems, cameras, and other security tools.
- Keep track of cleaning schedules, safety supplies, and general facility needs.
- Assist with maintenance requests
- Other duties as assigned

**Team Collaboration & General Support**
- Be the go-to person for both tech and facility questions from team members.
- Work closely with operations and other departments to support company-wide projects.
- Help keep documentation organized for equipment, services, and vendor contacts.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in IT support, office/facilities coordination, or both.
- A solid understanding of computers, networks, and common workplace tech tools.
- Comfortable working with hands-on tools (installing gear, moving equipment, minor fixes).
- Organized, responsive, and able to juggle multiple requests without dropping the ball.
- Familiarity with cannabis, manufacturing, or highly secure environments is a bonus — but not a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
