B&C Health (bnchealth.ca) is a well established and growing psychology clinic that offers comprehensive assessment, treatment, and consultation services.

**Job Details**
- Receiving all cheques and EFT payments from third party payors in practice management software
- Prepare bank deposit record
- Following up with private paying clients and third party payors regarding outstanding balances
- Monitors accounts receivable, ensures payments haven’t been missed by clients. Notifies clinicians of any outstanding payments.
- Assist with monthly billing to third party payors for services rendered (Canada Life, WSIB, Manulife, Auto Insurers)

Other administrative duties would include but are not limited to:

- Booking, cancelling and/or rescheduling client appointments
- Data entry including but not limited to: scanning and double checking documents, uploading files and/or correspondence to practice management software
- Providing general administrative support to team of psychologists and mental health professionals including but not limited to: calendar management and optimization, report formatting, client correspondence, sending documentation and reports to insurance companies

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)
