**Responsibilities**:

- Complete detailed buidling quotes with the use of a software that will require date enty of infomation that is provided from Sales team or customer.
- Support the sales team by coordinating and managing all sales-related activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver effective sales presentations
- Update Customers Relationship Management (CRM) as needed to new/current customer inputs and notes.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, project paperwork and other documentation to support the sales team.
- Support in the development of best practices and continuous improvement procedures for quoting operations, optimization, and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- A basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Experience in project estimating and cost controls consider an asset.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch focus in dynamic situations.
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, organizational, customer service and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others in multidisciplinary and multi-background teams
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
