We're growing and looking for a Sales Business Development representative to join the team Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help local businesses grow through effective radio and online advertising campaigns. This role includes prospecting for new business, managing existing client relationships, and consulting with businesses to uncover ways Golden West can help them reach their goals.
**In this role, you will**
- Identify potential business opportunities. You will foster new client relationships and look for opportunities to develop and maintain existing clients.
- Present radio and online plans aligned with your clients’ needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively building and managing client relationships
- Coordinate fulfillment of your clients’ orders through our administrative, creative, and marketing teams.
- Manage existing client relationships, including presenting progress reports to ensure advertising and marketing campaigns reach their desired objective
- Utilize sales planner tools to forecast your sales progress, and provide weekly reporting as required.
- Attend and participate in industry and community activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets, manage and collect receivables

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Outside sales: 1 year (preferred)
