Reception/administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Organizing and archiving vehicle registration, insurance, warranty and other relevant paperwork
- Liaising with our insurance partners to insure all parties have the appropriate documentation to facilitate vehicle transfers promptly
- Coordinating with vendors to keep our office environment clean and well-stocked
- Working with teams across the business to assist in coordinating vehicle activities
- Logging and archiving receipts associated with vehicle reconditioning
- Greeting and interacting with customers who visit our facility
- Being flexible to assist with different areas of the business as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Self motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Desire to learn new skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $14.25-$31.14 per hour
