MTY is looking for a Contract Administrator/ Legal Coordinator who is a self-driven,
organized, multi-tasker that can assist the company with a variety of business needs centered
around contract administration. If you thrive on working with various parties to gather and
consolidate important information, this position is likely a great fit for you As a valued member
of the Legal team, you would be the key liaison for collecting, organizing, and processing business
information related to key contract renewals, extensions and transfers. You will be working
closely with the Operations team, Real Estate team, Legal team, and others to provide the
information required to prepare various legal documents.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Gather, organize and process information, documents and requests from various

departments and third parties all with the goal of renewing, extending or transferring key
contracts.
- Ensure the information, documents and requests received comply with company policies

and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments and external

parties.
- Maintain dockets of expiring contracts and/or upcoming contract transfers, and inputting

key information related thereto.
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Enthusiastic, optimistic, and service-minded team player.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to multi-task while paying great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
