**What You’ll Do**

We pride ourselves on staying ahead of the curve as we help our customers optimize and improve their service delivery models. We’re excited to be entering a new transformative phase of our stack as we explore new products, and new capabilities and embrace the growing data-driven demands of these environments.

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, excellent organizational skills, analysis, software proficiency, data analysis, communication tools and the ability to work independently. The Sales and Contract Administrator will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with our contractual obligations. and ensure signed Agreements are managed optimally and perform various other administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Contract Review**: Thoroughly review and analyze various types of contracts and agreements, including but not limited to sales agreements, service level agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and procurement contracts, to identify potential risks, propose mitigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- ** Sales Support**: work closely with the Sales department to create a Statement of Work for won bids and/or draft various change orders.
- ** Finance Support**: work closely with the Finance department to ensure that all line items, recurring charges for products & services such as (Enhanced Program Support EPS, and Extend Warranty are actually invoiced when due.
- ** Operation Support**: work closely with Program Management to ensure smooth and efficient operations by providing administrative and technical support.
- ** Terms & Conditions Management**: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contract terms and conditions, highlighting key obligations, deadlines, and critical clauses for relevant stakeholders.
- ** Contract Administration**: Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and supporting documentation within the contract management system. Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules.
- ** Compliance & Risk Mitigation**: Collaborate with the Legal & Risk Management team to identify and address potential contractual risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- ** Communication**: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding contractual obligations, deadlines, and any relevant changes. When needed, take part in meetings with customers’ Legal Contract team during contract negotiation
- ** Process Improvement**: Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined contract administration processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- ** Support**: Provide general support to the Legal & Risk Management team on special projects and other related tasks
- ** Other**:Other responsibilities as needed as part of Embross’ growth roadmap

**Who You**a**re**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, Finance Administration with a proven track record of creating and updating spreadsheets, maintain reports on financial metrics, analysis, sales support with a proven track record of reviewing and interpreting contractual terms and conditions. Prior experience within the aviation industry is considered a significant asset.
- Possess demonstrated understanding of fundamental contract principles, legal terminology, and risk management concepts. Familiarity with contract management software or systems is beneficial.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, Paralegal Studies, or Legal Studies is preferred.
