**Talent Acquisition Specialist**

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full life cycle recruitment efforts for our Home Health operations in the New Market / York region, Durham Region or Peterborough Region.

This role will be primarily home based and will require ravel to offices across all of our Home Health Ontario regions.

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Collaborate with the business and HR/TA leaders to develop regional recruitment strategies and ensure flawless execution with the support of all stakeholders
- Plan and lead full life cycle recruiting for roles including Nurses, Personal Support Workers, and other professionals
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to support the hiring process
- Identify, share and implement best practices and trends in talent acquisition
- Provide regular reporting and metrics to all appropriate stakeholders
- Be a brand ambassador and promote CBI as an employer of choice online and all appropriate forums/events

**Here’s what you’ll need to be successful**
- 3+ years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment
- University degree is required, and HR designation is considered an asset
- Experience in Healthcare is preferred
- The ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organization
- A collaborative approach - a strong team player
- Proven organization, communication and presentation skills
