**This is a hybrid position. The incumbent must report to our HR Office in Ottawa 2 days a week.**The Specialist, Talent Acquisition and Retention, oversees all aspects of DCC’s internal and external talent acquisition and retention processes and initiatives. The incumbent actively supports and implements initiatives and enhances existing programs to ensure DCC’s Talent Acquisition and Retention Program meets business requirements and delivers innovative, efficient and timely hiring practices. The Specialist provides quality services and optimizes processes and initiatives, including carrying out active headhunting and developing candidate networks for proactive recruitment.
