Patient Experience Service Rep Job Duties
Medrehab Group is looking for a highly qualified and compassionate individual who can communicate well with our customer base. As a Patient Experience Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact when new patients calling our clinics and are expected to provide exemplary service. You will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, addressing and responding to patient enquiries, liaising with our 8 clinics and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
Duties include
- Taking new patient calls and scheduling them for assessment's at the appropriate clinic
- follow up patient satisfaction calls
- follow up with new patients who did not book an appointment or didn't show up for their assessment
- follow up calls for no show or not rebooked calls
- Patient survey calls
- reactivation calls, win back calls, booking calls
- listening to telephone calls and provide support and training to staff for best outcomes
- collect data from our EMR system and input weekly scorecard and discuss with manager in remote meeting
- manage new patient program and care compliance and follow up with patients who drop off
- manage patient self discharge and implement a win back strategy
- manage the schedule utilization rate to 90% performance - provide support and strategy
- manage staff utilization rate 80% patient visits - provide data, support and strategy to improve efficiency
- ensure doctors initial letters and done and faxed
- ensure treatment plans are done and given to patient
- report red flags, poor performance, non compliance or concerns
- assist with some marketing campaigns such as social posts, ad design, promos, video creation,
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing
- Experience working in Physiotherapy Rehab environment preferred
- Patient-Centric and Customer Focused
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial skills
- Individual with maturity and overall strong EI
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professionalism, autonomous and team player
- Open personality with an authentic charisma and enthusiasm
- Innovative and strategic thinking skills
**Salary**: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Rehab clinic: 2 years (preferred)
- Inside sales or call centre: 2 years (preferred)
