**Salary**: Based on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week in the office (not a remote position)

Today we have a workforce of 1500+ employees and we are seeking an Administrative Accounting Clerk to join our team in our corporate office to provide administrative support to the entire organization.

**Position Overview**:
The Administrative Accounting Clerk will be responsible for a variety of clerical and accounting duties that may include customer billing, A/R, A/P, time and labour, operations reporting, filing, mail, bank deposits, data entry as well as reception, orientation, and customer communication responsibilities. They will process, verify, and check the accuracy of various documents, reports, and files.

**Qualifications**:

- Highly organized, able to prioritize and detail oriented
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
- Able to work independently, following direction
- “Power User” of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, Outlook)
- Experience with Sage 300 or comparable ERP software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate and efficient data performance

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
