**About us** Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. **Duties**: - Liaise with photographers, stagers, inspectors, and other vendors. Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Assist with marketing efforts including creating flyers, brochures, and online advertisements. - Manage social media accounts and assist in implementing marketing campaigns. - Maintain client databases and keep records up to date and ensure data accuracy. - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information - Support REALTORS® with day to day tasks - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement Qualifications: - Speak and write fluently in English - Executive Assistant Experience - Crazy organized but not pushy about it - Confident and not intimidated by new challenges - Skilled on computers - Loves people and has strong family values - Can deal with highly creative non-organized people with ease - Experienced with MLS / Paragon Systems Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
