**We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Recruitment Specialist.**

**In this role, you will be responsible for screening and interviewing healthcare professionals who wish to join our team. To perform at the highest levels, you must**:**Be comfortable conducting interviews via video conference and face-to-face.**-
**Effervescent personality**

**Qualifications and Skills**Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience**Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales or/and Recruiting and/or Customer service**Basic understanding of the healthcare industry**Organized and process-oriented while being creative and willing to try new approaches**Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively**Confident, articulate phone/Zoom presence**Basic knowledge in the utilization of an Application Tracking System (ATS) or/and Customer Relation Management (CRM)**Experience and ability to hold virtual webinars and in-person recruitment sessions for groups to attract new talent**
