**Your Impact**:
As a Technical Project Manager here at Clarifai you will effectively manage our commercial and public sector projects. You will have the ability to shape how projects are executed so we can maintain/improve customer satisfaction and drive efficiency.

**The Opportunity**:

- Manage and monitor projects to ensure they meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
- Manage matrixed groups of cross-functional members across multiple projects.
- Identify and mitigate issues that arise during project execution. Escalate to senior management when needed.
- Prioritize and plan strategic initiatives based on senior management's guidance.
- Schedule and manage daily activities for project teams ensuring communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
- Act as Clarifai's communication conduit with clients on defining the scope of work, deliverables, cost estimates, and requests for Information
- Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and future opportunities are identified.

**Requirements**:

- PMP certified
- 5+ years of experience managing SaaS related projects in the commercial and public sector
- Experience managing multiple projects at a time
- Bachelor's degree in Science related field

**Great to Have**:

- Degree in Computer science
- Experience with AI/ML related products
- Experience in commercial and public sector sales or marketing
- Excellent communicator with customers and project team members
- Experience in creating statements of work, negotiating, and contracts.
- Experience with project/software management processes and tools. such as: JIRA, scrum, etc.
